ABOUT
River Presbyterian Church is a new church in Northwest Grand Rapids that is testifying to the life-changing power of Jesus. We are a mission work of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.

The BIble
The life and mission of our church community flows from the good news—the gospel—concerning a person: Jesus Christ. God’s announcement in the Bible of this good news and its implications is what River Presbyterian Church is all about.

OUR LEADERS
Jesus gives leaders to his church who are responsible to care for and lead the church. By their word and example, our leaders promote a community where people come to know and grow in Jesus.

GATHERING
Worship services
God made us for worship and he uses this worship to strengthen us in faith, hope, and love. Every Sunday morning at 11:00 AM, River Presbyterian Church gathers to hear from the Bible, talk to God in prayer, and glorify God in song. Visitors are always welcome.
GROWTH GROUPS
God also made us for community. We grow best in community with other people. In Growth Groups around the greater Grand Rapids area, we meet to read the Bible, pray, and develop encouraging relationships. These groups are open to everyone.
COMMUNITY
SEEING JESUS
We believe the Bible is God’s Word. In the Bible, God reliably tells us who he is, how he wants us to live, and how Jesus is God’s answer to our greatest problem. Our weekly sermon points us to Jesus as he reveals himself in the Bible, calls us to faith in Jesus, and equips us to live him.
